Sausage, tomato & basil frittata
1.Cook beef chipolatas in a heated oiled frying pan, over medium-high heat, until cooked through. Drain on paper towel; chop coarsely.
2.Drain excess fat from pan. Return sausages to heated pan with tomatoes. Combine eggs, cream, fresh basil and cheddar in a large jug; season.
3.Pour egg mixture over sausages; cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until frittata is almost set. Place frittata under preheated grill for 5 minutes or until set.
