Pastrami & cheese wrap
  • 15 gram baby spinach leaves,
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
  • 75 gram shaved pastrami

    Place 2 mountain bread squares together, spread with a rounded tablespoon of tomato chutney. Top with baby spinach leaves, cheddar cheese and pastrami or ham; roll to enclose. Repeat with mountain bread squares, tomato chutney, spinach, cheese and pastrami to make another roll. Cut rolls into thirds crossways to serve.
