These spicy oysters are sure to win over your guests at a barbeque or cocktail party. You can make the spicy dressing in the morning and dress the oysters just prior to serving.

Oysters with spicy dressing
  • 2 shallots (50g), chopped finely
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) white wine vinegar
  • 48 oysters on the half shell

    Combine shallots, chilli and vinegar in small bowl; stand 20 minutes.

    Top oysters with vinegar mixture. Serve immediately.
