Ingredients

Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave potato and peas, separately, until tender; drain. Mash potato; stir in peas and buttermilk. Season to taste.
2.Meanwhile, cook sausages in heated oiled large frying pan.
3.Serve sausages with pea mash.

If you don’t have buttermilk, stir 2 teaspoons lemon juice into ²/³ cup (180ml) low-fat milk.
