Method

1.Whisk eggs and the water in medium bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley on plate. Dip veal cutlets in egg mixture, press in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
2.Shallow-fry veal in heated oil in large frying pan until browned and cooked as desired.
3.Serve veal with lemon wedges.
