Method

1.Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with other bread half.
2.Heat char-grill or frying pan on medium-high. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until crispy and cheese has melted.
3.Cut into wedges to serve.
