Ingredients

Grilled mozzarella and salami wedges
  • 2 lebanese breads, split
  • 2 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 8 thin salami slices
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, shredded

Method

    Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with other bread half.

    Heat char-grill or frying pan on medium-high. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until crispy and cheese has melted.

    Cut into wedges to serve.
