Grilled mozzarella and salami wedges
- 2 lebanese breads, split
- 2 tablespoon basil pesto
- 8 thin salami slices
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
- 10 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Method
Grilled mozzarella and salami wedges
- 1Spread one half of each bread with pesto. Top with salami, cheese and basil. Cover with other bread half.
- 2Heat char-grill or frying pan on medium-high. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until crispy and cheese has melted.
- 3Cut into wedges to serve.
