Method
1.In a large frying pan, melt butter; cook caraway seeds, lemon zest and onion, stirring, until onion softens.
2.Add peas; cook, stirring, until peas are just tender. Stir in parsley; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
You need about 1.3kg fresh peas to get the amount of podded peas required for this recipe.
