Ingredients
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
420 gram jar tikka masala simmer sauce
800 gram blue-eye cod or boneless firm white fish, cubed
150 gram green beans, trimmed, halved
steamed basmati rice, to serve
Method
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until onion is tender.
2. Add simmer sauce to pan and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Add fish and beans, and cook, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
