Fish masala

Add a touch of India to your week-day fish meal with this masala flavoured dish. Served with green beans and rice, it can be on the table in under 30 minutes. We've used cod here, but any firm white fish will do.

1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until onion is tender.
2.Add simmer sauce to pan and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
3.Add fish and beans, and cook, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
