Cucumber and fetta salad with za'atar
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers (260g)
  • 90 gram (3 ounces) goat's milk fetta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon za'atar


Cucumber and fetta salad with za'atar

    Peel cucumbers and slice thinly. Arrange cucumber on large serving platter.
