- 2 lebanese cucumbers (260g)
- 90 gram (3 ounces) goat's milk fetta cheese
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon za'atar
Method
Cucumber and fetta salad with za'atar
- 1Peel cucumbers and slice thinly. Arrange cucumber on large serving platter.
- 2Combine crumbled fetta and mint in small bowl; sprinkle mixture over cucumber.
- 3Drizzle salad with juice and oil, then sprinkle with za'atar. Season to taste.
