Method
1.Lightly grease a 19cm x 29cm slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Combine the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until just melted. Remove from heat.
3.Lightly beat 2 of the eggs. Quickly stir beaten eggs and 1 cup of the caster sugar into the warm chocolate mixture, then add sifted flour and stir until mixture is smooth. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan.
4.Place cream cheese in a bowl with the remaining egg and ¼ cup of caster sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Dollop cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture in pan, then use a round-bladed knife to gently swirl cream cheese through the chocolate.
5.Bake in a 180C preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until mixture is just firm to touch in the centre. Cool in pan. Remove cooled slice from pan and cut into squares to serve.
