Ingredients: 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce; 2 tablespoon lime juice; 1 tablespoon fish sauce; 1 finely chopped fresh small red thai chilli; 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

Ingredients

2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

2 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 finely chopped fresh small red thai chilli

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

Method

1.Place all ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well. Season to taste.

Serve with seafood or chicken.
