Char-grilled octopus and artichoke salad

This simple salad makes a great lunch dish for a light meal, or as part of a spread with which to welcome guests.

Method

1.Coarsely chop half the dill; combine in large bowl with octopus, oil, rind and juice.
2.Cook octopus mixture on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) about 2 minutes or until tender.
3.Combine octopus with artichokes and remaining dill in large bowl; season to taste.
