Blue cheese dip

This flavoursome dip goes well with crudités, potato wedges or barbecued chicken wings.

Ingredients

Blue cheese dip
  • 150 gram danish blue cheese, chopped coarsely
  • 1/4 cup (75g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
  • 1/2 small brown onion (40g), chopped coarsely
  • 2 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

Blue cheese dip
  • 1
    Blend or process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into small bowl, cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Notes

Extra cheese can be crumbled into sauce after it has been blended.
