Bloody Mary

Ingredients

Bloody mary
  • 800 gram (1½ pounds) canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • few drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt pinch cracked black pepper
  • pinch cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) vodka
  • 2 trimmed celery stalks (200g), halved crossways

Method

Bloody mary

    Blend or process undrained tomatoes, juice, horseradish cream, sauces, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in vodka.

    Pour into four serving glasses filled with ice. Serve drinks with celery.
