Bacon and corn dip

This savoury dip is quick and easy to make and goes equally well with corn chips, crudités, or vegetable sticks. It's perfect for a gathering of family and friends, or an after-school snack.

Bacon and corn dip
  • 4 bacon rashers, finely chopped
  • 250 gram packaged cream cheese, softened
  • 300 gram can creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

    In small frying pan, cook bacon rashers until crisp; drain on absorbent paper. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
