1.To make pizza dough, combine yeast, salt and flour in large bowl; mix well. Gradually stir in combined water and oil. Knead lightly on work surface about 10 minutes or until well combined and dough springs back when pressed. Place dough in oiled large bowl; cover. Stand in warm place about 30 minutes or until dough doubles in bulk. Knead dough on work surface until smooth.
2.Preheat oven to 200°C. Shape pizza dough into six 16cm rounds; place on greased oven trays. Divide paste among pizza bases; spread over evenly.
3.Grill artichokes until browned lightly on both sides. Place artichokes, olives and capers on pizza bases; sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until bases are crisp.
