Method
1.Blend nuts, buttermilk and half the milk until smooth.
2.Stir remaining milk and sugar in small saucepan over heat until sugar dissolves. Cool.
3.Combine almond mixture and milk mixture in large jug; stir in orange blossom water. Refrigerate 3 hours or until required.
4.Serve almond milk over ice; sprinkle with nutmeg.
