1.Dry-fry spices in small frying pan until fragrant.
2.Combine spices, coffee, the water and sugar in medium saucepan; stir over heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, to make rosewater cream, beat cream and rosewater in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
4.Strain hot coffee into serving cups; serve topped with rosewater cream.
