1.Heat butter in a medium frying pan and stir mushrooms over heat for about 3 minutes or until softened.
2.Add wine to pan; continue stirring until mixture reduces by half. Add flour; continue to stir until mixture thickens.
3.Gradually stir in stock. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Add chives; stir until sauce is heated through.
