Method
1.Remove oysters from shells; discard shells.
2.Combine oysters in medium bowl with juice, sauce and sugar; cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Stir in coconut cream.
3.Combine onion, chilli and herbs in small bowl.
4.Place Chinese spoons on serving platter. Place 1 un-drained oyster on each spoon; top with herb mixture.
