Acai berries contain very high levels of antioxidants, good-for-you fatty acids along with loads of essential vitamins and minerals – great for cardiovascular health and reducing cancer risk.

1.Place frozen puree, watermelon, banana, raspberries and ice cubes in a high speed blender in order. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth. If required stop the blender and push the ingredients down before blending again. Spoon into serving bowls.
2.Top with extra banana, fresh berries and muesli. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.

Suitable to freeze. Frozen acai puree is available from health food stores.
