Salmon fillet with green curry

Sometimes the simplest recipes are truly the best, you'll delight your guests when you serve up these salmon fillets with green curry on a bed of steamed rice.

1.First prepare the herb and nut mixture; combine cashews, coriander, lime rind and lime juice in small bowl.
2.Rub 2 tablespoons green curry paste into the salmon fillets. Cook fish in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked as desired.
3.Serve fish topped with herb and nut mixture.
