1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, place stock and cream in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.
3.Combine pasta with salmon, onion, dill, rind and cream mixture in large bowl; add juice and season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
This recipe is best made just before serving. SERVING SUGGESTION Serve with a green salad, if desired.Note
