625 gram chicken tenderloins
35 gram packet taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoon olive oil
8 large flour packet tortillas
1 large avocado, mashed
2 cup cos lettuce leaves, shredded
2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1.Toss chicken tenderloins in packet taco seasoning mix.
2.Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue).
3.Meanwhile, warm the 8 tortillas according to packet directions. 4.Spread tortillas with mashed avocado; top with shredded cos lettuce leaves, tomatoes and chicken. Roll to enclose filling.
Serve with sour cream and lime wedges.
