Lime and chilli mayonnaise
1.Combine beef, seasoning, garlic and half the oil in a large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Make lime and chilli mayonnaise by combining ingredients in a small bowl; season to taste.
3.Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook, beef, in batches, for 6 minutes or until cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
4.Divide mayonnaise mixture, beef, avocado, tomato, onion and coriander sprigs among tortillas. Serve with lemon cheeks, if you like.
