Ingredients: 90 gram butter, chopped; 3 clove garlic, crushed; 750 gram button mushrooms, halved if large; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley; 1 teaspoon sea salt; 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

750 gram button mushrooms, halved if large

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method

1.Melt butter in medium saucepan and stir garlic over heat until fragrant.

2.Add mushrooms; stir to coat in butter mixture. Cook covered over high heat. Stir occasionally, until mushrooms are almost tender.

3.Remove lid and bring to a boil. Boil until liquid is reduced by half and mushrooms are tender.

4.Stir in remaining ingredients.
