1.Heat half the oil in large saucepan, add beef; cook, stirring, until browned. Remove from pan.
2.Heat remaining oil in same pan, add onion, garlic and chilli; cook, stirring, until onion softens. Stir in spices; cook, 2 minutes. Return beef to pan with undrained tomatoes, paste, coconut cream and cauliflower; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
