Hoisin sauce is a thick, strongly flavoured sauce that is very common in Chinese cuisine. Its sweet and salty taste works well as a glaze for meat, an addition to stir fries, or as dipping sauce. It is perfect with grilled chicken.
.Combine hoisin, juice, soy, ginger and garlic in medium bowl, add chicken; turn chicken to coat in marinade. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
.Cook drained chicken on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through.
.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave beans until just tender; drain. Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook beans, onion and oyster sauce, stirring, until heated through.
.Serve chicken and beans with steamed jasmine rice, if desired.
