Soft, fragrant peaches atop a moist cake and drizzled with golden caramel, this dessert has serious mouth-watering appeal.

When arranging the fruit on the base of the pan, keep in mind the pattern will be in reverse when you turn the cake upside down. Make a row of overlapping peach slices along one side, reverse the direction for the second row, then repeat for the third row.
