These delightful pastries are known as kanelsnegle in Denmark and are a staple in bakeries. Traditionally made with cinnamon, here we have created a variation using sultanas.

You will need to start this recipe a day ahead. This Danish pastry recipe uses a food processor for mixing, and a fast folding method, both which reduce the traditional time for making these breakfast pastries.
