Move over, Mr Whippy.

Remember those childhood days when the distant jingle of the ice cream truck sent you running, coins in hand? Well, wellness brand Swisse is bringing back that nostalgic feeling — this time with a twist to shake up your afternoon slump.

Teaming up with MasterChef alumni Conor Curran (aka Creamy Confusion on Instagram), Swisse has created two limited-edition ice cream flavours that taste just as good as they look. But how does a vitamin brand venture into the ice cream game? Simple. Conor has designed these frozen treats to replicate the sensory experience of two hero Swisse products.

What is the Swisse WHIP truck?

The Swisse WHIP truck is a mobile pop-up experience hitting the streets of Melbourne, bringing exclusive ice cream flavours to lucky locals. With surprise stops at everything from bustling corporate hubs to iconic city landmarks, you never know when a refreshing treat might roll your way.

First up is the Peaches & cream ripple ice cream, inspired by Swisse’s Energy Boost Smart Melts. A smooth vanilla base swirled with fresh peach coulis and topped with tangy Davidson plum powder, this flavour captures the sweet-tart sensation of the Smart Melts, giving you that melt-on-your-tongue experience.

Next, there’s the Orange Greek yoghurt sorbet, a nod to the zesty orange and chewy texture of the Swisse Probiotic & Prebiotic Gummies. Bursting with fresh orange flavour and chewy orange peel, it’s the perfect balance of refreshing and indulgent.

Want to know more about how these flavours came to life? Conor has shared a behind-the-scenes look on his Instagram (check out the recipes here and here).

The Swisse WHIP truck is also running spin-the-wheel games during stops, giving you the chance to grab some free Swisse samples.

Be sure to keep an eye out — you never know when the truck will be making a surprise stop near you!
