Method
1.Cook bacon in heated large frying pan until crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
2.Heat oil in same pan; cook cabbage, stirring, about 5 minutes or until softened. Add vinegar and sugar; cook, stirring, about 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
3.Return bacon to pan; stir until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
