Method
1.Place peanuts on oven tray, bake at 180°C (160°C fan-forced) for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned, cool. Process peanuts and half the oil until as smooth as desired. Add remaining oil if mixture is too dry.
2.Makes about 1 cup (250ml).
Recipe can be made 2 weeks ahead. Storage: Airtight container; cool dark place. Freeze: Not suitable. Microwave: Not suitable.
