Method

1.Cook beef in a heated oiled medium frying pan, over medium-high heat, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked as desired. Remove from pan, cover; rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
2.Meanwhile, slice 2 small french bread sticks lengthways, do not cut all the way through; halve each stick crossways.
3.Fill each of the 4 bread pieces with equal amounts of watercress, sliced beef and combined horseradish and sour cream.
