Rambutan & lime cocktail
- 2 teaspoon palm sugar
- 2 limes cut into 8
- 5 fresh rambutans, peeled, seeds removed, chopped
- 60 millilitre vodka or bacardi
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Method
Rambutan & lime cocktail
- 1Place palm sugar and limes into a glass. Using the end of a rolling pin, crush until juice has been released from the limes.
- 2Add rambutans and continue to crush. Pour into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and ice. Shake and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
