Ingredients: 2 teaspoon palm sugar; 2 limes cut into 8; 5 fresh rambutans, peeled, seeds removed, chopped; 60 millilitre vodka or bacardi; 1/2 cup crushed ice

5 fresh rambutans, peeled, seeds removed, chopped

60 millilitre vodka or bacardi

1/2 cup crushed ice

Method

1.Place palm sugar and limes into a glass. Using the end of a rolling pin, crush until juice has been released from the limes.

2.Add rambutans and continue to crush. Pour into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and ice. Shake and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
