  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Thinly slice onion. Coarsely grate potatoes; stir in salt. Squeeze moisture from potato. Mix in onion; cook a quarter of the mixture at a time on heated oiled flat plate, turning until browned.
