Hot sauce is the perfect condiment to use if you want to add extra spice to your meal. Spoon a little hot sauce on enchiladas, tacos or even scrambled eggs.
1.Cover chillies with the boiling water in small heatproof bowl; stand 20 minutes
2.Meanwhile, blend or process tomato until smooth.
3.Discard stalks from chillies; blend or process chilli and soaking liquid with garlic, onion, cloves, vinegar, herbs and cumin until smooth.
4.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook chilli mixture, stirring, until mixture comes to the boil. Add tomato mixture; simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour or until reduced to about 3 cups. Season to taste; cool.
