- 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey ice cubes, to serve
Method
Fruit smoothie energiser
- 1Place all the ingredients except the ice in a food processor or large jug, then process or blend with a hand blender until light and frothy.
- 2Serve over ice.
