  • 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey ice cubes, to serve

Method

Fruit smoothie energiser

    Place all the ingredients except the ice in a food processor or large jug, then process or blend with a hand blender until light and frothy.

    Serve over ice.
