1.Cook salmon, uncovered, in large heated oiled frying pan until lightly browned both sides and cooked as desired. Drain on absorbent paper.
2.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, adding peas about halfway through cooking time, drain when pasta is just tender.
3.Combine sour cream, juice, the water, peppercorns and dill in small bowl.
4.Place salmon in large bowl, using fork, flake salmon. Add celery, chives, sour cream mixture, pasta and peas, toss gently to combine.
Frozen peas can be thawed and substituted for fresh peas, add them to the pasta just before draining it. You need approximately 600g fresh peas for this recipe.
