Creamy mashed potatoes
- 750 gram potatoes, coarsely chopped
- 60 gram butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (125ml) hot pouring cream
Method
Creamy mashed potatoes
- 1Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain.
- 2Mash potato with butter and cream in medium bowl until smooth; season to taste.
