Method
1.Place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water, separate noodles with fork. Drain.
2.Heat oil in wok, stir-fry beef, in batches, until browned all over.
3.Add beans to wok, stir-fry until almost tender. Add garlic, chilli and paste,stir-fry until fragrant. Add bok choy, stir-fry until just tender.
4.Return beef to wok with stock, noodles and onion. Stir-fry until hot, add mint, toss well.
