Chicken pasta salad
  • 4 cup cooked penne pasta
  • 150 gram crumbled fetta cheese
  • 150 gram char-grilled capsicum, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cup barbecued chicken, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing

Method

    Combine cooked pasta with fetta cheese, capsicum, chicken, chopped walnuts, 1 cup basil leaves and dressing.
