Method
1.Combine ingredients in large bowl; turn lamb to coat in mixture.
2.Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned and cooked as desired. Cover; stand 5 minutes then slice thickly
Mirin is a sweet rice wine used in Japanese cooking. There are two types of Mirin: Hon Mirin with an alcohol level of 14% and Shin Mirin containing less than 1% alcohol. They are widely available in supermarkets and Asian grocery stores. We use Shin Mirin in our recipes, unless otherwise stated.
