Laura Sharrad is a chef, restaurant owner, and the 2025 winner of MasterChef Australia. In 2026, she joined The Australian Women’s Weekly as a regular food contributor, sharing her favourite recipes inspired by her Italian heritage. Laura has worked as a pastry chef, and now has her own Italian restaurant, Nido Bar and Pasta in Adelaide.
