Steph De Sousa’s air fryer turkey roll and stuffing balls are the easiest festive dinner you’ll make this year.
Serve these stuffing balls by themselves as a starter or snack, or alongside the air fryer turkey roll. Simply pick up a frozen turkey breast roll and store-bought gravy for a no-stress feast or last minute Christmas miracle.

Following the manufacturer’s instructions, remove turkey from plastic packaging. Do not remove foil. Place turkey in a small ovenproof dish with ½ cup (125ml) water. Pop in the air fryer on 170°C for around 1 hour 30 minutes. After 40 minutes cooking, remove the foil and baste with the olive oil and return to air fryer for the rest of the cooking time, basting occasionally. Cover with foil while cooking the stuffing balls.
Meanwhile, cook the onion and bacon in a medium frying pan until golden brown and fragrant.
In a big bowl, mix together the turkey mince, cooked onion and bacon, breadcrumbs, parsley, and cranberries with some salt and pepper. Roll into ping-pong-sized balls (about 1½ tablespoons each). Pop them in your air fryer, spritz with a little oil, and cook at 180°C for 12 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through.
Carve turkey into thin slices and serve with gravy and stuffing balls. They’ll disappear like Santa’s cookies.

“These stuffing balls will steal the show!” says Steph. “Juicy turkey mince, bacon, sweet cranberries, and golden breadcrumbs come together to make the ultimate festive bite. Perfect for Christmas dinner, Sunday roasts, or because you fancy a tasty snack!”
