This super-sweet dessert is Australia's answer for missing out on our own "white Christmas" - mimicking the colours of fresh snow and festive baubles in this lovely no-bake slice.

Traditionally, white Christmas is made with a mixture of glacé fruit, desiccated coconut, sugar, and rice bubbles, but white chocolate can also be used for a tasty shortcut. It's bound together with coconut oil, creating a lovely waxy texture and nutty flavour. Here, we've provided a few different variations on the classic recipe, including delicious mud cakes and ice-cream.
