Yoghurt sauce

Combine smooth, creamy natural yoghurt with some seasoning and dill to create this lovely sauce. It is delicious with lamb.

Yoghurt sauce
  • 3/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste
