If fresh fruit is unavailable, use frozen mango or drained canned mango in natural juice, for this healthy smoothie full of calcium, magnesium and B12.

Method

Yoghurt mango and almond smoothie

1.Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
2.Serve over crushed ice topped with a little honey, extra finely chopped mango and shredded lime rind, if you like.

Use frozen mango or drained canned mango in natural juice, if fresh is not available. Blend ice with the ingredients for a thicker smoothie. For a dairy-free version, use soy, rice, coconut or nut milk and soy or coconut yoghurt.’
