White bean and garlic dip

Super quick and simple, this tasty white bean and garlic dip can be whipped up in no time. Serve with fresh vegetables cut into sticks.

Ingredients

White bean and garlic dip
  • 400 gram can cannellini beans; drained, rinsed
  • 1/3 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, quartered
  • pinch ground cumin

Method

    In a mini food processor, add beans, yoghurt, juice and garlic; blend for about 1 minute, or until smooth. Sprinkle with cumin before serving.
